Employment Specialist
Matt Koceich
Hello! My name is Matt Koceich, and I am an Employment Specialist for Anchor Employment Services.
I have 26 years of experience as a professional educator, and hold a Masters degree in special education. During my time in the classroom, I had countless opportunities to not only teach special needs students, but also help parents navigate the ins and outs of ARD meetings, IEP goals, and accommodations to ensure their child’s success, both academically and socially.
My goal as an employment specialist is to continue helping people know they matter and assist them in being successful in the workplace.
I am thankful to be working with the great people at Anchor and for the chance to advocate for our clients.

Employment Specialist
Taylor Brown
Hello there! My name is Taylor Brown, and I am an Employment Specialist for Anchor Employment Services, and I have a huge passion for helping people in any way that I can!
I have 13 years of management and team building experience. During my time as a manager, I had the privilege of training and helping many people over the years who happened to have some sort of disability.
Also, as someone who was in special education for a lot of my early school career, I can understand what these people go through, So, as a result, I relate to them very well, and I have a heart to serve them.
My mission is to help those with disabilities as much as I can, and to enable them to grow and flourish in their jobs.
I am so excited to be working with Anchor and with all of you as well! Here’s to making a difference, one helping hand at a time.

Director
Brad Jameson
Anchor Employment Services was established to advocate for people who have disabilities - people who may struggle to advocate for themselves - specifically by helping to find meaningful work.
I have nine years of experience - seven in this field, and two years as the sole recruiter for a local $315+ million assets credit union.
Looking back, it makes sense that I have been led to this field. In our own family, we have a few people who have special needs, and as a former schoolteacher of nine years, I taught and interacted with many children with varying degrees of disability - from Autism, to Cerebral Palsy to IDD.
For me, this has been the most fulfilling career because it combines two of my passions: advocacy and recruitment.
